Isabelle Gillette has been acting, singing and dancing since 2004. Her first ever short film was written and directed by Dylan Efron, based on a decades-old disappearance case in San Luis Obispo county. Upon moving to Los Angeles for college, she began acting in several projects through the theater, film and television program at UCLA. She will be traveling to Austin, Texas in March to attend SXSW, where a short film she worked on last year, titled "Scotty’s Vag", is premiering. The short was written and directed by Chaconne Martin-Berkowicz, who is known for her work on Amazon’s "I Know What You Did Last Summer", and the short film "In Sync", which premiered at the Maryland Film Festival in 2021. Isabelle is currently wrapping up post-production on her directorial debut, a short based on a disastrous Tinder date.
I act both on the stage and screen. I am available for voice over work and hosting. Please see my resumé for the details of my experience and skills.
Isabelle wrote, directed, and starred in her first short film as a senior project at UCLA. She used the remainder of 2022 to begin editing the film, teaching herself along the way. The film is titled Sanguine; it is a horror-comedy that deals with the fears and complicated power plays of online dating. She is thrilled to be attending her first film festival in March of this year.
